A Mini-Retreat at The Center for Women

For those of you who missed the Women’s Weekend Retreat last month, here is another opportunity to do the work of designing the life of your dreams in a community of like-minded women.

On Saturday, March 19th, I’ll be leading a three hour experiential workshop at The Center for Women in downtown Charleston entitled Powering Up Your Life – From the Inside Out.

In this mini-retreat, I will introduce you to many of the important tools for successful life design. There are The Essential Tools -those things that are so basic that everything else is built upon them. These are the tools of Being a Possibility Thinker and Learning to Ask the Powerful Questions.

However, in order for us to have the freedom to think big and to ask the big questions, we need to feel safe so I will teach some of the Tools for Creating a Safe Space.

And, lastly, there are The Power Tools. These are things that help us to do the heavy lifting.

You don’t have to do this work alone – as a matter of fact, it’s more fun not to. This work is best done in a community of like-minded people who are willing to extend themselves to each other in an environment of positive growth and who have a belief in possibilities. What better place to do this than The Center for Women!

This is my invitation to you to come and join us on this mini-retreat of self-discovery and show your support for The Center for Women. It will be worthwhile, empowering, and certainly, fun.

Hello! I wanted to let you know I ordered your book and I cannot wait until it gets here. My Mom wants to read it, too. My break from school has been much needed and I go back this coming Saturday. I hope these classes will not be as difficult as the last two. I was exhausted and so needed some time off. I hope that everything is going well for you and it sounds like the retreat was a fabulous success…Take care, Julie.
